Droga pod Reglami (Alpine Path) is an interesting trail, running though the eastern-western line, it connects outlets of few valleys, from Kuźnica to Siwa Polana in Chochołowska Valley. It's an exceptional option for both pedestrian and bikers alike. Those who would like to take a walk with baby carriage, must first make sure if its wheels are off-road type. The path is admittedly wide and comfortable, but can be uneven and bumpy. It's best to replace the urban stroller with yoke for example. The main advantage of this trail is its availability during every time of year and views on southern edges of Spisko-Gubałowski Highlands, with easily noticeable Gubałówka.

The journey can be started from Przewodników Tatrzańskich Avenue, entering the black trail after Księżówka, if we approach from John Paul II Roundabout. For some time we will wander through Sports Center in Zakopane territory (stadiums and jumping hills) to find ourselves in forest under Wielka Krokiew. To do this we must follow along many souvenir stalls on Bronisława Czecha street and go west. On the left side we pass ski jumping hills complex. We cross the street and go along "corridor" between fences. After a while we turn left and arrive at the edge of the forest by the path along the chairlift. Here, the trail is flat, even descending a little. After few minutes of march, we reach the Białego Valley outlet. Buffet, souvenir stalls and toilets are available here. Our path turns right. We must pay extra attention in case of rain, as this area gets slippery.

On the left side we are accompanied by a forest, and on the right we get to see Gubałówka. Shortly we pass the memorial board informing us that our trail is actually a former Iron Way, connecting Kościeliska Valley with Kuźnice hub. Soon we go by Spadowiec Valley exit. After around 15 minutes from Białego Valley outlet, we venture into Ku Dziurze Valley region. There is a hut on the right side, where sheep milk is being processed. We can try local goods here and, if we're lucky enough, witness grazing sheep. Behind the hut, opposite to valley entrance, the house of famous outlaw Mateja is located. Currently it's a private property, not available for visit. It's worth mentioning, that to see Ku Dziurze Valley, we don't need to buy TPN entry ticket. This place is free of costs. Our trail leads far into the west. After 15 minutes we reach Strążyska Valley outlet. Those who don't want to continue can easily get back to Zakopane from here.

The black trail goes further, quite uphill at first. In this section we are accompanied by robust, Tatra beeches. Arriving on another valley's exit – Za Bramką – takes around 25 minutes from here. Entering this colorful place is also free of charge. We've got over a dozen minutes of march from here, we pass the barrier and we head down by steep path. This way we reach Mała Łąka Valley outlet. We can continue even further by not turning to the valley on the left, but instead following the right side. We pass the wooden house and, beside ticket booth, we come out on parking lot. From there, clinging to left side, we go towards the street that connects Zakopane with Kościelisko. Right before reaching it, we turn left and again enter our trail of interest. In 30 minutes we show up in Staników Żleb exit, where we can go to Przysłop Miętusi. Droga pod Reglami goes straight though, so after 15 minutes we find ourselves near famous Kościelisko Valley exit.

Droga pod Reglami is not a difficult track. It's also not very complicated. The path is comfortable, mostly going by forest and glade edges, so it's perfect for hot day walks.
